This is Miley. She is a 8.5 year old German Shepherd. We visited her when we took pictures with Ruffalo. She is an absolute sweetheart. Shy and not very engaging, she needs some security and reassurance in her life and I guarantee she'll open her heart. Visit here today at the Agoura animal shelter and see for yourself.
Join us on Saturday~November 23rd at 8 AM for this Special Charity event to raise money for the Homeless pets in Agoura, California and Kauai, Hawaii. 100% of your registration fees will go directly to the animals temporary in the care of these two facilities. Run or Walk your way to the finish line and bring your canine companions.
All participants of "Ruffie's Run" will need to sign a Dog Liability Waiver on Race morning if you are running or walking with your dog. All Dogs must be on a leash at all times. A 6' leash or less is required. All Federal Restrictions will be enforced. You know your pups best, if the excitement of the event may be too much for them...please consider leaving them at home. The park will be open to the public on race day; you will encounter mountain bikers, equestrian riders, hikers and other runners with their dogs.

This is Ruffalo. He is a 3 year old Pittbull mix who inspired this charity event. He has been patiently waiting for his "Forever Home" at the Agoura Animal Center. He loves to hike, swim and play ball. Please visit him to see if he's "your boy". He's definitely stolen the hearts of all the volunteers at the shelter! Adopt him today and bring him to the run...after all, it is HIS event :)
This is Bingo. He is a Pittbull mix waiting for his "Furever Home" in Kauai!!! He could be your "Special Island Baby" today. We have arranged transfers with our friends at the Kauai Humane Society to have dogs delivered to our Agoura location if you choose to adopt Bingo or any of his other mates.
